We are looking for a proactive HR Officer / HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR operations at our site location in Jamnagar. The role includes handling recruitment, attendance, compliance, employee relations, and coordinating closely with the Head Office to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of HR experience (site-based preferred)
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience in contract labour handling
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently at site
