Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements

Track shipments and provide status updates to clients

Resolve shipping delays, damages, or logistical issues

Collaborate with warehouses, transport companies, and customs brokers

Manage cargo insurance and claims if necessary

Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
