About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead, streamline, and strengthen our day-to-day operations across UPI payments and Mutual Fund transactions. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational activities for UPI and Mutual Fund Investments
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolutions.
Maintain operational controls, documentation, and basic reporting.
Support risk, compliance,
and audit-related requirements.
Help identify improvement areas in processes and workflows.
Lead issue root-cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, mutual fund operations, or banking specially in the risk management department
Solid understanding of UPI ecosystems and Mutual Fund markets.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and MIS.
Proficient in Excel, dashboards, and process automation tools.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Experience in handling audits, compliance, or risk function.
