Job Description

Chinmaya Vidyalaya Group of Schools is looking for a passionate and experienced Communicative English Teacher for the Primary Section (Classes 1–5). The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling young learners and capable of improving students’ spoken and written English through interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Communicative English to Classes 1–5
- Improve students’ speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
- Use activity-based and student-centric teaching methods
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs
- Subject allocation may change based on school requirements

Requirements





- Graduate/Postgraduate in English or related field
- B.Ed. preferred not mandatory
- 1–3 years of teaching experience (Primary level preferred)
- Strong communication and pronunciation skills in English
- Ability to manage and engage young students effectively

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Communicative / Spoken English training
- Creative teaching approach
- Good classroom management skills
