- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Promote and sell products such as safes, strong room doors, safe deposit lockers, modular furniture, chairs, and compactor storage systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including corporates, banks, government institutions, and educational institutes
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and installation
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
Key Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
