Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Managers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, developing strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Gurugram real estate market, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and targets.
- Solid experience in resale as well as fresh booking in residential, commercial and land in Gurugram market
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize property promotion and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers,
and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide exceptional client service and resolve escalated issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Gurugram property markets, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
