This is an in-person role at our dark store, and you must be based near or in Thiruvananthapuram.

Role & responsibilities:

n

n
Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc) across our dark stores in Thiruvananthapuram.

n
Work closely with Zippee Clients (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth.

n




Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.

n
Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).

n
Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.

n
Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.
