We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) Tech Lead to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-grade analytics solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering scalable BI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze current data models, analytics frameworks, and existing Power BI solutions; define and execute transition strategy to SAP BO.

n

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of SAP BusinessObjects solutions.

n

Architect scalable BI systems, including data modeling, integration, and performance optimization.

n

Collaborate with business stakeholders (VPs, Directors,



and operational teams) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

n

Develop MVPs and deliver iterative outcomes aligned with Agile/Kanban methodologies.

n

Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and documentation within the SAP BO landscape.

n

Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance are consistently followed.

n

Mentor and guide junior team members; drive knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

n

Troubleshoot and optimize BI environments for reliability, scalability, and performance.

n

Required Skills & Experience: Robust expertise in SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, BI Platform).

n

Experience with SAP ecosystem integration (ECC, BW, HANA).

n

Solid experience with RESTAPI.

n

Advanced SQL skills with focus on query optimization and performance tuning.

n

Solid understanding of data modeling, BI architecture, and reporting solutions.

n

Experience in system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise-level troubleshooting.

n

Robust leadership experience managing onsite/offshore teams.

n

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders
