Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, chop, measure, and portion baking ingredients.
- Assist with dough mixing, rolling, shaping pastries, and following recipes under supervision.
- Operate basic bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, etc.) under guidance.
- Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Assist in stock receiving, storing supplies, and notifying when supplies are low.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Baker / supervisor to support bakery operations.

Requirements / Skills

- Basic food preparation skills; bakery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, honest, with good work ethic.
- A basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards in food handling.
