You will onboard brokers, channel partners, developers, and unsold land inventory onto the platform, and own all partner relationships across the city and key Telangana districts.
Landseek is an AI enabled Land Operating System, designed to modernize and streamline the lifecycle of land discovery and investment. Landseek serves as an intelligence and data layer for investors, agents, and developers within the land and plots asset class.
Role type - Hybrid (Work from Office/On-Field/WFH) depending on day plan
Job location- This is a Cluster Based Role - Hyderabad and the adjoining high-growth districts of Ranga Reddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, and Sangareddy
Role & responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and onboard brokers, developers, channel partners and land owners onto the platform
- Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of active inventory land parcels, plotted developments, brokers, developers and other pre-launch projects
- Meet partners in-person across Hyderabad and key Telangana districts; follow up digitally via WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Set your own weekly targets aligned to monthly onboarding and inventory KPIs
- Support offline and online activations: property expos, developer events, WhatsApp Business campaigns, and portal listings.
- Coordinate with the team to produce marketing materials (digital and print) for partner and investor outreach
- Build Landseek's brand presence in Hyderabad's broker and developer community.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 3-5 years in Telangana real estate sales, brokerage, or channel partnerships
- Deep knowledge of Telangana land nuances & legalities
- Experience interacting with Land & Revenue offices in Telangana
- Strong existing network of brokers, developers, and channel partners in Hyderabad and surrounding districts
- Native Proficiency in Telugu and fluent in English. Fluency in Hindi is a plus
- Owns a personal vehicle; comfortable with full-day field work across the city and outskirts
- Experience with PropTech platforms (99Acres, NoBroker, MagicBricks) or CRM tools (Sell.do, HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience with real estate developers like DLF, MyHome etc. or consulting / advisory firms like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield is a plus
- Understanding of investor types - NRI buyers, HNI investors, and retail plot buyers
This Role is not for you if :
- If you are not digitally / tech savvy & are not interested in adopting digital workflows
- You need a large team or detailed scripts before picking up the phone
- You prefer a slow-paced or desk-only setting
- You're uncomfortable taking on tasks outside your job title
- You're not comfortable with extensive travel across Hyderabad and Telangana.
