Position Overview (Tiruppur): We are looking for performance-driven Sales Officers (General Trade) to manage and expand our packaged drinking water business in Tiruppur. The role involves achieving sales targets, strengthening distributor and retailer networks, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring solid market penetration across the assigned territory.

Sales & Market Growth:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Tiruppur market.
n
- Drive both primary and secondary sales through distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
n
- Expand retail coverage across general stores, supermarkets, and convenience outlets.
n

nMarket Development & Visibility:n

n
- Ensure effective product placement, brand visibility, and availability at all relevant outlets.
n
- Execute trade promotions, schemes, and consumer sampling activities in the region.
n
- Explore new business opportunities in urban and semi-urban pockets of Tiruppur.
n

nDistributor & Channel Management:n

n
- Manage and support distributors in the assigned territory.
n
- Oversee order booking, delivery coordination, and inventory control.
n
- Implement trade schemes and resolve distributor/retailer concerns promptly.
n

nCustomer Relationship Management:n

n




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and trade partners.
n
- Address service issues, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
n
- Develop loyalty and retention initiatives to strengthen long-term trade partnerships.
n

nMarket Intelligence & Reporting:n

n
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotions in the local market.
n
- Collect consumer and retailer insights to shape effective market development strategies.
n
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, coverage, and collections.
n

nCollections & Compliance:n

n
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers.
n
- Maintain accurate sales, stock, and payment records.
n
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and reporting standards.
n

nPreferred Candidate Profile:n

n
- Minimum: Diploma.
n
- 1 - 5 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages / Packaged Drinking Water sales.
n
- Prior exposure to Tiruppur General Trade market is preferred.
n
