About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive HSE Trainer to join our team for a Data Centre project in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective safety training, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and promoting a strong safety culture at the project site.
This role requires hands-on experience in site safety, training delivery, and implementation of health and safety policies in a high-risk environment.
Qualification:

B.E. (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

OR

B.E. in Industrial Safety / Fire Engineering

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – Mandatory

Experience:

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE training and site safety

· Experience in construction / industrial / data centre projects will be preferred

· Proven experience in conducting safety training programs and inductions
Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

2. Conduct HSE induction training for new employees and workers

3. Deliver regular toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs

4. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and safety modules

5. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records

Safety Compliance & Monitoring

1. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations

2. Identify hazards and ensure implementation of risk control measures

3.



Support site teams in maintaining safe working conditions

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain proper records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications

2. Prepare and submit HSE reports and audit documents

3. Assist during internal and external safety audits
Coordination & Implementation

1. Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and management

2. Ensure proper implementation of PPE usage and safety procedures

3. Promote a strong safety culture across the project
Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations

2. Excellent training and presentation skills

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to handle site-level safety challenges

5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

- Selection process includes 3 rounds of interviews

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
