Role The individual in this role will independently lead the design & development of current product / innovation project Responsible for generating ideas, developing product, and executing customer validation trials for assigned projects Demonstrates understanding of the basic principles and applications in their area of expertise.

Individual must apply and interpret standard scientific theories, concepts and techniques.

Provides creative solutions and patentable technologies for solving assigned innovation projects.
