- Job Title: QC Officer
- Location: Tarapur / Boisar, Maharashtra (or Gujarat plants)
- Industry: Pharmaceuticals / API / Fine Chemicals
- Qualification : BSc / MSc Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

- Analytical Testing: Conduct routine analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP) samples, and Finished Goods (FG) using sophisticated instruments.
- Instrument Handling: Operate and maintain key analytical equipment including HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, IR, and Autotitrator.
- Documentation: Accurate recording of all test data in lab notebooks. Prepare and review Certificate of Analysis (COA) and ensure data integrity.
- Calibration: Perform periodic calibration of laboratory instruments to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Stability Studies: Manage and monitor stability samples according to established protocols and record results.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities align with ISO guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., WHO-GMP).




- Troubleshooting: Identify and report any Out of Specification (OOS) or Out of Trend (OOT) results to the department head.
- Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of wet chemistry and analytical techniques.
- Understanding of GLP and safety protocols in a chemical environment.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and a penchant for problem-solving.
