- Job Title: Warehouse Executive
- Location: Tarapur / Boisar, Maharashtra

- Reports to: Warehouse Manager or Stores Manager

Job Purpose To oversee and manage all warehouse operations at the Boisar facility, ensuring the effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods while strictly adhering to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with ERP records.
- Maintain the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) systems for material issuance.
- Operations & Documentation:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities: receipt, sampling coordination, storage, dispensing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse logs, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation, stock registers, and bin cards.
- Handle ERP transactions (SAP/Navision/Other)



for material movement and inventory tracking.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure the warehouse environment meets cGMP and safety standards.
- Maintain temperature and humidity logs for sensitive storage areas.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for material sampling and release/rejection status labels.
- Oversee the handling and storage of hazardous or flammable chemicals according to safety protocols.
- Logistics & Dispatch:
- Coordinate with the logistics team and transporters for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans.
