Your Future Employer
It is an independent power producer (IPP) that provides renewable energy to businesses via wind, wind, and battery-storage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Wind plant operations to achieve optimum uptime, performance ratio, and generation efficiency.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans while ensuring full compliance with HSE and safety protocols.
- Supervise site manpower, vendors, and warranty management to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor plant performance data, analyse losses, and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Oversee reporting, energy settlements, and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6-7 years in wind Plant Operations & Maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, and contract manpower).
- Solid data-analysis skills and familiarity with regulatory and statutory compliance in the renewable sector.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
