Job Title: Sales Engineer – Vacuum Automation Solutions - Primarily Vacuum Ejectors and Suction Cups

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our Vacuum Automation Solutions portfolio, including vacuum ejectors, suction cups, and related systems. The role involves understanding customer applications, offering the right technical solutions, and building long-term relationships across key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell vacuum automation products such as vacuum ejectors, suction cups, and handling solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries like packaging, food processing, automotive, cement, and manufacturing
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
- Conduct product presentations and application demonstrations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales (automation, pneumatics, or material handling preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Self-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vacuum handling or automation solutions
- Exposure to industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, packaging, or heavy industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
