Job Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead township development projects in Kharkhoda, Sonipat. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial townships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. This role demands hands-on expertise in large-scale infrastructure for townships, with a focus on sustainable and efficient construction practices.n

Key Responsibilities

n● Design and supervise civil engineering works for township projects, including site development, roads, drainage, water supply, and utilities.n

● Manage project execution from inception to completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to meet budgets and deadlines.

n

● Conduct site surveys, soil testing, and feasibility studies specific to township layouts in Sonipat region.

n

● Ensure adherence to Haryana Building Code, environmental norms, and labor laws; prepare compliance reports.

n

● Optimize designs for cost-efficiency and sustainability, incorporating green building practices.

n

● Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and quality control inspections.

n

● Resolve on-site technical issues and lead a team of junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications and Experience

n● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university; M.Tech preferred.n





● 8-10 years of proven experience in township projects, including residential layouts, infrastructure development, and urban planning.

n

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and MS Project; familiarity with GIS tools a plus.

n

● Robust knowledge of Indian standards (IS codes), Haryana urban development regulations, and township-specific approvals (HUDA/Haryana RERA).

n

● Excellent project management skills with experience handling projects worth ₹50+ crores.
