Role Description

nThis is a full-time in office role for a Sales Manager located in Motihari.n

The Sales

nManager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain key client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.n

Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, handling client accounts, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in developing and closing deals

- Team leadership and management abilities, including coaching and performance monitoring

- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including personal loans, business loans, and credit advisory

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and foster teamwork

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on achieving results

- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or financial services role

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred

- Experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage
