Role Description

nWe are seeking a full-time Hardware Sales Associate to join our team at the Coding Club of IISER Thiruvananthapuram. In this on-site role, you will work on assisting customers with hardware-related inquiries and purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the club’s technical hardware offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inventory, presenting product features and benefits,



maintaining a professional appearance of the sales area, and handling customer transactions efficiently while offering technical advice as needed.n

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including proficiency in Phone Etiquette
n
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to understand and present product features effectively
n
- Proficiency in using basic tools such as Paint for creating simple visual aids
n
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism
n
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
n
- Prior experience in technical or hardware-related roles is an advantage
n
- Flexibility to adapt and work on-site at the Thiruvananthapuram location

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not mandatory
