ABOUT THE ROLE

Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) seeks a seasoned General Manager to head operations for its Mathura project cluster — overseeing construction, compliance, delivery and customer satisfaction across all ongoing and upcoming phases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end operations of the Mathura project portfolio
- Coordinate civil, accounts, marketing, legal & administration teams
- Manage project P&L;, timelines, resources & quality control
- Oversee contractor management, vendor relations & procurement
- Ensure RERA compliance & government liaison for UP projects
- Drive customer relations, possession coordination & post-sales service
- Report directly to Chairman on progress & risk





QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- B.Tech Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 12–18 years in real estate project operations / GM role
- Proven record of managing large-scale township projects
- Solid knowledge of RERA, UP real estate regulations & construction
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management
- Willing to be based in Mathura; travel to Delhi HO as needed
