We're looking for retired Tamil Nadu Board educators/teachers/ Principal (Grades 610) to help us design a curriculum framework that brings that same quality to AI-powered learning. As a State Board Curriculum Specialist Tamil Nadu Secondary Education(TNSBE) curriculum you shall provide the details of the curriculum and assessments framework for Grades 6-10 under the TNSBE and monitor the implementation of the product in Tamil Nadu state Schools. This is a freelancer remote professional service role.

This role requires deep subject expertise, curriculum understanding with strong leadership to connect with School Leaders. You will work closely with AGM-Curriculum Integration and Alignment to ensure high-quality, pedagogically sound content that drives measurable learning outcomes in Tamil Nadu schools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end curriculum planning, content creation, and curation for Tamil Nadu State Board (Grades 6 - 10 or as assigned).
- Ensure alignment with Tamil Nadu (TNSBSE) curriculum framework and state-specific academic expectations.




- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all educational resources, including lesson plans, assessments, and conceptual videos.
- Ensure pedagogical clarity, inclusivity, and vernacular localization in Tamil where required.
- Innovate content workflows using AI tools and streamline production to meet delivery timelines.
- Use content performance data to drive content strategy decisions and refine offerings based on impact and usage.
- Collaborate with product teams to design tools that support efficient content publishing and review processes.

Track and measure the curriculums impact on student engagement, comprehension, and outcomes.

- Ensure content is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and accessible across varied learner groups.
- The progress of content projects, ensuring timely execution and goal alignment.

Key Skills Requirement:

- Robust leadership and management skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in the curriculum design, development in the educational content development or academic leadership or administrative in the state board is necessary. Experience in project management will add value.
- Pedagogical Expertise in the Tamil Nadu curriculum and use of technology
- Content management - Knowledge of Ed-Tech trends, interactive pedagogy, and emerging AI-based learning solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to localize and adapt content for vernacular audiences
- Strong communication skills, equipped with different strategies for delivering effective feedback
- Proficient in Office tools like MS Office, Data Management,



AI tools and educational technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm about experimentation.
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Analytical problem-solving skills & team-oriented skills, continuous learning mindset, and strong execution abilities to deliver high-quality results.

What We Need:

Education: Any Masters degree with education speciality

Employment Type: Freelance – Professional Services | 3-month contract

Experience: 5+years of experience in teaching middle and secondary level in Tamilnadu state syllabus Schools.

Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai or nearby preferred); work is primarily remote with regular school visits
