Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and generate recent leads in apartments, resorts, hospitals, industries, and commercial establishments
- Promote AirMagic as a solution for foul smell issues in STP/ETP systems
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

3. Territory Management (Palakkad)

- Cover assigned areas within Palakkad district
- Plan daily visits and maintain a structured sales route
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

4. Sales Reporting

- Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking
- Update management on sales performance and pipeline
- Coordinate with accounts and operations for order execution

5. Payment Follow-up

- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing and receivables

Target Market Segments

- Apartments & Residential Complexes
- Hotels & Resorts
- Hospitals
- Industrial Units (ETP/STP systems)




- Municipal / Institutional clients

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle field sales independently
- Basic understanding of waste management or willingness to learn
- Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for field travel)
- Familiarity with Palakkad region and local market

Experience

- 1–3 years in field sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply

Compensation Structure

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 –
- TA/DA: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000
- Incentives: Based on sales volume (structure will be provided upon offer letter)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly sales volume (tonnage / units sold)
- Number of new clients acquired
- Collection efficiency
- Customer retention rate

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willing to travel extensively within Palakkad
- Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,524.24 - ₹30,912.33 per month
