Full Stack Developer – MedTech Systems

Our MedTech division is specifically focused on creating simulation-driven platforms that enhance clinical training and diagnostic workflows. We don't just build "apps"—we build human-centered interfaces that integrate real-time data and simulation engines to improve healthcare outcomes.

Your Role: The Architect of Possibilities

As a Full Stack Developer for our MedTech applications, you are more than just a coder; you are a builder of end-to-end systems. You will design the platforms that power medical training simulations and clinical decision tools.

We are looking for someone who thinks "beyond the API"—someone who understands how data flows, how real-time interactions are modeled, and how performance impacts life-critical healthcare use cases.

What You’ll Do

● End-to-End Development: Build high-performance web and mobile applications from responsive frontends to scalable backend services.

● MedTech Simulations: Develop interactive workflow simulations that handle complex decision trees and provide real-time feedback.

● Real-Time Systems: Design low-latency data pipelines and implement real-time communication using WebSockets.

● System Integration: Design and consume REST/gRPC APIs, ensuring secure handling of sensitive healthcare data.

● Performance & Security: Optimize for speed and reliability while implementing robust authentication and authorization practices.

● Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with medical experts, designers, and architects to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code.

What We’re Looking For

● Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in Flutter, React, or modern JS frameworks.

● Backend Expertise: Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.

● Database Savvy: Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), and microservices architecture.

● Tech Toolkit: Familiarity with WebSockets, Docker, and basic cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

● The "Plus" Factor: If you have experience in HealthTech, rule-based engines, or working in a fast-paced startup, we definitely want to talk to you!
