Job Title: Management Accountant (US Accounting)

Location: Ahmedabad [On Site)

Shift: US Shift (6.30pm - 3.30am, 7.30pm - 4.30am)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant with experience in US accounting practices. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and provide actionable insights
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Work on accruals,



prepayments, and journal entries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data
- Support audits (internal & external)
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in month-end close, reporting, and analysis
- Hands-on with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (client-facing preferred)

Qualifications:

- CPA / CMA / CA
- 2–6+ years of relevant experience in US accounting
