Job description:
Role Overview
This is a full-time, target-driven Inside Sales role where you will call potential customers, understand their travel needs, and convert them into bookings.
IMPORTANT – Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If Not Matching)
- Fluency in English AND Malayalam (Both Mandatory)
- Must have a personal laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet workspace for calling
- Available for full-time work (No part time / side job)
- Comfortable with 8–10 hours of daily calling
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with travel leads
- Understand requirements and suggest travel packages
- Pitch, convince, and close sales
- Share itineraries and convert leads into bookings
- Update CRM and manage follow-ups
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven
- Comfortable handling rejections and achieving targets
- Freshers with strong communication OR experienced in sales/telecalling
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Performance Incentives (Earn up to 2X salary)

- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 4 Working Days + 3 Days Off
