Blue Monkfish is seeking a motivated 3 -4 years result-oriented Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and strong client-handling abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, leading coordination with internal teams, and contributing to company growth.

We are looking for someone confident in communication, proactive in client engagement, and available to support business needs whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
- Communicate with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead communication between clients and internal teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Manage client onboarding and project discussions
- Achieve sales and business growth targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates
- Be available for client communication or calls whenever required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Robust client interaction and negotiation abilities
- Ability to lead discussions and coordinate with teams
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills




- Availability to handle client calls and urgent communication when needed
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Digital Marketing / IT / Creative Agency industry
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies
- Experience handling domestic or international clients

Experience Required

2–5 Years in Business Development / Sales / Client Management
