We have the following opening for our client, a leading retail fashion brand requires for its Retail stores projects in various locations of Tamil Nadu & Kerala,

Asst Manager / Executive Civil (Projects)

No of Positions: Asst Manager - 1 & Executive - 3

Work Location: Multiple locations across Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Department: Civil Projects / Retail Expansion

Job Summary:

Executive Civil (Retail Store Projects) will be responsible for managing civil and interior works for retail store rollout and renovation projects across Tamil Nadu.

The role involves coordinating site execution, ensuring quality standards, optimizing costs, and adhering to project timelines in alignment with company standards and design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil, interior, and allied works for new store construction and renovations.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal design and retail teams to ensure timely completion.

Conduct site visits to assess progress, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules for assigned locations.

Verify site measurements, material usage, and contractor billing.





Oversee procurement and logistics coordination for store setup materials.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standard specifications for civil and interior finishes.

Maintain project documentation, status reports, and handover checklists for each site.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

For Executive : Min 1+yrs of experience in civil/interior project execution, preferably in retail store or commercial fit-outs.

For Asst Manager: Min 5+ Yrs civil/interior project execution, preferably in retail store or commercial fit-outs

Strong project management, vendor coordination, and site supervision skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel is added advantage

Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
