Role &Responsibilities;:
Production Planning & High-Volume Output

Plan and execute large-scale production of goods (e.g., food, beverages, personal care products) to meet daily/weekly targets.
Line Efficiency & Downtime Control

Monitor production lines to ensure maximum efficiency, minimize breakdowns, and reduce downtime.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements (like FSSAI guidelines in India, GMP, ISO standards).
Process Optimization

Continuously improve processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and maintain consistency.
Inventory & Material Management

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging.
Team Leadership





Manage shift supervisors, machine operators, and workers; ensure proper training and performance.
Cost Control

Optimize manpower, energy usage, and raw materials to reduce production costs.
Safety & Hygiene Standards

Maintain strict hygiene (especially in food & personal care) and ensure workplace safety compliance. Key Skills (FMCG-Specific)
Robust knowledge of continuous production systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing
Ability to manage high-speed automated production lines
Understanding of perishability and shelf-life management

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
