This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, design leadership, and AI-driven innovation within a high-scale software testing ecosystem. You will lead the design vision for a complex suite of automation testing products used by global engineering teams. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, requiring you to actively design, unblock teams, and architect scalable workflows. You will shape how developers experience testing tools by building intuitive, high-performance, and visually refined interfaces. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to define the future of AI-augmented design systems. This is a highly impactful role where your decisions directly influence product usability, engineering efficiency, and customer satisfaction at scale.

Accountabilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design strategy for a suite of large-scale automation testing products, ensuring consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences across platforms.
- Drive AI-first design workflows by architecting agentic systems that accelerate research, prototyping, and production-ready design-to-code delivery.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to define product direction, translate user insights into actionable design solutions, and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
- Act as a player-coach, personally contributing to high-stakes design work while guiding and unblocking the team on complex technical and UX challenges.
- Evolve and maintain scalable design systems, standards,



and documentation that support both human teams and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Mentor and develop designers, fostering an AI-native, high-performance design culture with strong execution discipline.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience designing for complex, high-scale SaaS or cloud-based platforms with strong system-level thinking.
- Strong understanding of design systems, front-end engineering principles, and the ability to bridge design and technical implementation.
- Hands-on experience with modern prototyping or “vibe-coding” tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, etc.) for building workflows and MVPs.
- Prior exposure to or understanding of engineering practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from user research, feedback, and product metrics, and translate them into design decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- A strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail in typography, interaction, and micro-interactions.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with comfort in rapidly evolving, high-ownership environments.
- Passion for AI tools and continuous learning, with a forward-looking approach to design innovation.
