Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidate Should have maximum 2 to 7 years of experience in branch banking.
2. Must have degree.
3. Experience in sales and operations with team handling will be preferable.
- Acquire high value recent to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis flag them on the system
- Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
- Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know the customers business to proactively provide financial solutions
- Sales across all product segments- TPP, Assets, FDs, TDs etc
- Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc
- Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships
- Activation of customers in digital channel
- Generation of referrals from internal database
- Report Generation & filing
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
- Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.
