Job Overview

Finotive Solutions is looking for dedicated and responsible Field Visit Executives for our Thoothukudi operations. Candidates with experience in NBFC collections, banking field activities, customer handling, and Debt and Recovery

Candidates with or without DRA certification can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits for customer verification and collection follow-ups.
- Meet customers directly at their residence or workplace as assigned.
- Update visit status and customer feedback accurately in the system.
- Maintain proper communication with customers in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams for daily updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned cases and targets.




- Travel within assigned areas for field activities.
- Follow company policies and reporting procedures strictly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance, or Collection field preferred.
- Candidates with DRA certification will have added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and field interest can also apply.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and field reporting.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
