We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of 2 homestays in Nainital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, supervising staff, and handling overall property management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of both homestays
- Supervise housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance activities
- Ensure excellent guest experience and prompt issue resolution
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle staff management and duty scheduling
- Monitor property upkeep, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained properly
- Manage online booking platforms and reservation updates
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and smooth workflow at the properties
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel, resort, homestay, or property management preferred
- Valuable communication and management skills
- Ability to handle staff and guests professionally
