Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Bareilly for an Executive Officer. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies for organizational growth.

The Executive

Officer will work closely with various stakeholders, including local dairy farmers,



to ensure sustainable business practices and achieve operational efficiency. Additional tasks include monitoring financial performance, coordinating capacity-building initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of services to members.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and organizational management experience
- Skills in operations, process optimization, and strategic planning
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of dairy farming processes, livestock management, and agriculture-based industries (preferred)
- Proficiency in financial monitoring, reporting, and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields
- Experience working in rural development or cooperative sectors (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
