Drawtex® is an Advanced Wound Care (AWC) brand with a global footprint.
It is the first hydroconductive wound dressing that features exclusive LevaFiber™ technology that
mechanically removes bacteria and exudate allowing for improved wound healing times.
Role Description
To introduce and sell Drawtex® to the private hospitals of Western Mumbai.
Identify decision makers caring for patients with moderate to highly exudative wounds.
Immediate focus will be on Diabetic Foots Ulcers (DFU) as well as pressures wounds.
Qualifications
The role is for an AWC Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will require a minimum of 4 years experience selling AWC products.
Existing relations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons and nurses in private hospitals in Mumbai are essential.
Daily tasks include identifying leads, demonstrating the advantages of Drawtex,
providing clinical education and support, achieving sales targets. The candidate will also manage Distributors ensuring stock and order fill. Contributing to and actioning the marketing plan will also be required.
- Proven experience in sale of wound care products in Mumbai
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of wound care products and the ability to deliver clinical education
- Skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
Remuneration
CTC will be based on Experience.
