About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Social Media platforms and Google Ads. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in strategy, execution, optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage high-budget performance campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other relevant paid social platforms
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA,



ROAS, and overall conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, etc.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with designers for creative assets.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with latest ad platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & attribution models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in B2B and B2C campaigns (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experienced in eCommerce, Dental clients, or Lead Generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
