Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in the Borivali region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and expanding our customer base for LAP products.

Job Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for Loan Against Property.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business growth in the Borivali territory.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including sourcing leads, building relationships with DSA partners, and engaging with potential customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to LAP sales.




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing of LAP applications.
- Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the Borivali market and customer demographics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant lending regulations and compliance requirements.
