Duties:

- To review the History of the PNR and the itinerary. Cancel any HX and unconfirmed segments to prevent GDS wastage and avoid ADM charges.

- To work with the Team in fixing the Unconfirmed segments and issuing the Tickets.

- To report any abnormal activity or trend.

Requirements

- Any Fresher/Nontravel background experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)

- Any previous work experience in the Travel field is considered a benefit.

- Having GDS knowledge will be considered an additional benefit.





- Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
