Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Foreman role based in Latur. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing teams, and ensuring all project tasks are performed in alignment with timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating site operations, overseeing the use of heavy equipment,



ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and working closely with management and contractors. The Foreman will also assess project needs, organize materials, and address maintenance and carpentry tasks as required.

Qualifications

- Supervisory experience, including team management and task delegation
- Proficiency in operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment
- Effective communication skills for engaging with team members, contractors, and management
- Knowledge of carpentry and general construction techniques
- Experience in building maintenance and resolving on-site issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety standards and regulations
- Relevant certification or diploma in construction or a related field is a plus
