Financial Planning & Analyst

Key responsibilities:

- Own daily/weekly/monthly MIS and leadership reporting

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Build financial models and business performance dashboards

- Partner with commercial teams on profitability and margin improvement

- Lead unit economics and deal-level P&L; analysis

- Support strategic initiatives including expansion planning and business reviews

- Drive reporting automation through Zoho Finance & Zoho Analytics

- Ensure strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline

- Mentor and manage FP&A; Analyst deliverables

What we’re looking for:

- CA / MBA Finance

- 4–7 years' experience in FP&A;, business finance, or commercial finance

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights

- Zoho Finance/Zoho Analytics experience is a robust plus
