Location: Remote, India

Type: Internship (6 months, full-time)

Target Audience: Final-year or recently graduated MBA students (Class of 2025), or final-year undergraduate students/recent graduates (STEM or business-related fields) with 0–2 years of relevant internship experience.

Work Hours: Flexible, with strong overlap to US business hours. Our teams align their schedules around client projects and delivery priorities.

This internship offers an opportunity to work on live client engagements, translate business problems into actionable playbooks, and build end-to-end workflows that directly impact client revenue.

What You’ll Do

- Engage with ICP prospects to understand their business context, priorities, and potential fit
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to identify qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, insights, and next steps within the CRM
- Nurture ongoing conversations with prospects to sustain engagement and relationship continuity
- Move opportunities forward through defined pipeline stages through consistent follow-ups and coordination




- Prepare clear summaries and insights to support smooth handoffs for proposal and closing discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prospects receive a thoughtful and well-coordinated engagement experience

What You’ll Bring

- Structured and thoughtful communicator with strong active listening skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Naturally curious; able to ask insightful questions to understand underlying needs
- Ability to guide structured, problem-oriented conversations with prospects
- Explicit communicator who can simplify complex ideas and provide perspective
- Consultative mindset focused on understanding problems and building long-term relationships rather than transactional selling

Basic Technical Skills

- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain and update lead trackers or simple databases
- Basic understanding of dashboards or reporting (preferred)
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and communication tools for outreach

Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to GTM operations, sales enablement, or RevOps concepts
- Prior internship experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with client-facing, sales, or customer relationship workflows

Duration and Stipend

- Duration: 6 months (full-time, remote)
- Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives
- Top-performing interns will be considered for a full-time offer as Client Relationship Manager
- On full-time conversion: ₹8–10 LPA CTC + performance-based bonuses
