We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Automation & RPA Engineer to design, implement, and operate automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

- This role combines:
- Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
- RPA and workflow automation using Power Platform and related tools

The ideal candidate understands both:

- how M365 services work under the hood
- and how to automate business processes across them

Key Responsibilities

- Microsoft 365 Administration & Architecture
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- Administer identity and access via Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Configure and maintain:
- Security & compliance policies (DLP, retention, access control)
- Conditional Access and identity protection
- Support:
- M365 tenant configuration and governance
- Integration with Azure services and external systems
- Participate in migrations (on-prem → M365)
- Monitor service health, usage, and security posture
- RPA & Automation Engineering
- Design and develop automation solutions using:
- Power Automate (cloud flows + desktop flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (primary RPA tool)
- Build end-to-end workflows, approvals, data processing, integrations, notifications
- Automate processes across M365 services, web apps, APIs, legacy systems




- Evaluate business processes for automation feasibility
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling for automations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into automation designs
- Integration & Scripting (Supporting Layer)
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors
- Use PowerShell
- Support automation of administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

- Core M365 Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Solid understanding of:
- Identity (Entra ID), Conditional Access
- Security & compliance (DLP, retention, labeling)
- Experience with:
- M365 governance and tenant configuration
- Migration scenarios (on-prem to cloud)
- RPA / Automation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
- Power Platform
- Solid understanding of:
- Workflow-based logic
- Automation design patterns
- Experience building production-grade automations
- Integration & Technical Skills
- Experience working with APIs (REST, web services)
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Basic Python etc)
- Ability to troubleshoot across workflows, services, and integrations
