Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Lubricant Distribution Supervisor located in Jharsuguda. The incumbent will oversee distribution operations, manage inventory, coordinate with customers, and lead a team of distribution staff.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate delivery, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supervising the team to ensure compliance with operational standards. Additionally, the role involves providing training to staff to enhance their skills and efficiency while fostering a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Qualifications





- Effective Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance monitoring
- Experience in Distribution and Inventory Control to maintain operational efficiency
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Capability to provide Training programs for team development and skill enhancement
- Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in distribution or logistics management is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Jharsuguda, Orissa (Jharsuguda): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Lubricant: 1 year (Preferred)
