Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Deputy Chief Technology Officer, located in the Mohali district. The Deputy CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development initiatives, managing technology-focused projects, and driving the creation of IT strategies and architectural frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead product development cycles, implement technological solutions, and enhance the overall technical direction of the company.
Qualifications Expertise in Software Development, with proficiency in building and deploying scalable, secure systemsProven experience in Project Management and leadership of cross-functional technical teamsStrong skills in IT Strategy and designing technology roadmaps that align with business goalsIn-depth understanding of Architecture and technical infrastructures for enterprise-grade applicationsHands-on experience in Product Development, from concept to deploymentExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and team leadership skillsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare technology domain is a strong advantageFamiliarity with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, is a plus
