Role Description

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and implement compliance procedures effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and interacting with employees
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in HR or onboarding, with familiarity in navigating regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR management systems or onboarding software is a plus
