Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, provide project information, and support the sales team in converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in projects
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features clearly
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them
- Coordinate with sales managers for closures and client handling
- Share project brochures, floor plans, and other marketing materials




- Build strong relationships with prospective clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any field
- Excellent communication skills
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate processes is a plus
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience
- Experience in tele calling, customer support, or real estate is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
