Role Focus: Multi Specialty Hospital Administration + Operational Systems + Business Development
Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Hospital Administrator for BM Elite International Clinic, Velachery. The role requires a person with hands on experience in multi specialty hospital administration, capable of building structure, controlling systems, supervising departments, improving patient service standards, and contributing to business growth.

This position is meant for someone who understands how to manage a larger clinical ecosystem involving multiple specialties, doctors, staff teams, patient coordination systems, vendor management, compliance discipline, and institutional growth. In addition to administration, the candidate must also have a practical understanding of revenue support, business development, and service line expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Administration

- Manage the complete administrative functioning of the clinic or hospital unit on a daily basis
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination across consultation services, procedures, diagnostics, nursing support, pharmacy coordination, billing, and front office
- Build and maintain strong systems for patient movement, scheduling, escalation handling, service readiness, and departmental accountability
- Supervise operational flow to ensure efficiency, order, and patient satisfaction across all specialties
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, hospitality, and institutional discipline

Multi Specialty Coordination

- Work closely with consultants, department heads, nursing teams, coordinators, and support staff
- Ensure proper scheduling and execution of multi specialty services without bottlenecks
- Monitor occupancy of consultation slots, procedure planning, doctor availability, and support readiness
- Support smooth coordination between management and medical teams for daily functioning

Business and Revenue Support

- Support management in improving overall center performance, revenue systems, and service utilization
- Track specialty wise performance, patient footfall, consultation numbers, conversion trends, and revenue outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities in existing departments and suggest operational improvements for business expansion
- Strengthen patient retention, referral systems, package uptake,



and premium service positioning
- Coordinate with marketing and front office teams to ensure proper lead handling and service conversion

Systems and Process Control

- Develop and implement standard operating systems for front desk, patient coordination, billing discipline, escalations, and internal reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, attendance control, rosters, handovers, and accountability structures
- Monitor service delays, operational errors, patient complaints, and internal gaps, then take corrective action
- Improve administrative workflow to reduce confusion and create a stable, professional setting

Team Supervision

- Lead administrative, reception, billing, coordination, and support teams with authority and clarity
- Set expectations for discipline, communication, grooming, reporting, and patient handling
- Conduct team reviews, daily briefings, and performance monitoring
- Help recruit, train, and stabilize manpower for smooth institutional operations
- Handle staff issues, cross functional coordination, and escalation management effectively

Vendor, Facility, and Support Oversight

- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational support teams
- Ensure all support functions are aligned with the quality and image of the institution
- Monitor stock movement, non clinical purchase coordination, and facility readiness from an administrative standpoint
- Ensure equipment usage and support logistics are coordinated properly with the concerned teams

Patient Service and Brand Standards

- Maintain a premium and well organized patient experience across the center
- Ensure complaints, service concerns, and communication breakdowns are addressed promptly
- Protect the reputation of the institution through strong service monitoring and disciplined execution
- Build an environment where patients feel confidence, structure, and professionalism

Reporting and Management Support

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, staffing, patient flow,



business performance, and major issues
- Present practical recommendations for better hospital systems, patient retention, and service expansion
- Work directly with top management on execution priorities, problem solving, and administrative strengthening

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of multi specialty hospital or healthcare administration
- Good command over operational systems, staff supervision, and process enforcement
- Ability to manage a larger and more structured healthcare setup
- Business minded approach with practical sales and revenue understanding
- Strong communication in English and Tamil
- Good leadership presence, maturity, and decision making ability
- Capable of balancing administration, patient experience, and institutional growth

Preferred Experience

- Experience in multi specialty hospital, large clinic, day care hospital, or healthcare institution administration
- Prior exposure to hospital operations, team handling, billing flow, patient service systems, and business support
- Experience in premium healthcare settings will be an advantage
- Candidates with knowledge of hospital software, reporting systems, and operational compliance will be preferred

Educational Preference

- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant operational experience in a hospital environment is essential

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
