Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram (Work from Office)
CTC: Up to 10 LPA (Bengaluru) | Up to 11 LPA (Gurugram)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of growth, community, and business development. Instead of traditional sales, your focus will be on activating existing users as referral channels, building a strong pipeline of high-quality leads, and driving revenue through relationship-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and drive meaningful sales conversations
Understand customer needs and position relevant offerings to maximize conversions
Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Evaluate customer requirements and align solutions to drive purchase decisions
Clearly communicate product/service value propositions and handle objections effectively
Take ownership of the entire sales funnel and close deals
Build and activate referral networks to generate high-quality leads
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in EdTech (Mandatory)
Background in growth, client success, business development, or relationship management
Strong communication skills (clarity, tone, articulation)
Ability to influence, build rapport, and drive conversions
Data driven mindset with the ability to track and improve
Job Type: Full time
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
