Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Specialist will oversee daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform, manage online product listings, monitor sales performance, and analyze data to improve website performance. Responsibilities include driving customer engagement, ensuring a seamless user experience,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in E-commerce and Sales strategies for driving online performance
Proficient analytical skills to track sales metrics and interpret data for process improvement
Exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing techniques or web analytics tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
