- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for assigned patients.
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) and any changes in patient condition to the treating doctors.
- Administer oral, intravenous (IV), and intramuscular injections and medications strictly according to medical prescriptions and safety protocols.
- Assist doctors during clinical examinations, rounds, minor procedures, and dressing changes.
- Maintain strict adherence to biomedical waste management guidelines and hospital hygiene protocols.
- Ensure all bedside medical equipment (monitors, IV pumps, oxygen supply) is functional, sterilized, and calibrated before use.
- Manage inventory, tracking medicine stocks, emergency carts, and consumable supplies at the nursing station during shifts.
- Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date patient records,



including nursing notes, intake/output charts, and medication administration records (MAR).
- Ensure a comprehensive, qualified bedside handover to the incoming shift nurse, detailing critical patient statuses and pending tasks.
- Handle admission, transfer, and discharge procedures smoothly, explaining discharge medications and home care instructions clearly to family members.
- Provide compassionate care, psychological support, and comfort to patients and their relatives during their stay.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management, dietary restrictions, and treatment protocols.
- Age limit:35-45
